We met while working at a cosmetic manufacturer — Lindsey on the branding and packaging side, Carly on the sales and production side. Together, we were deeply involved in every stage of our clients’ projects, from concept to creation. Over the years, we built strong relationships, learned the ins and outs of formulation, manufacturing, and marketing, and became the go-to team for turning ideas into real products.

After leaving the manufacturer, we each went on to expand our expertise — Lindsey launched her own product-based business and continued designing for beauty and wellness brands, while Carly dove into quality, regulatory, and wholesale across multiple industries. But we knew we wanted to create something together — a resource that combined our experience to help other women bring their product ideas to life.

That’s how Product Mavens was born

Meet Carly — your inside source for all things manufacturing + beyond

With years of experience in the product development world, I have helped brands of every size — from startups to Fortune 500 companies — bringing their visions to life. While working at a cosmetic manufacturer, I managed multiple brands and guided their projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with project managers, chemists, and packaging teams to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly.

After leaving the manufacturing side, I deepened my expertise in quality and regulatory compliance, working for a company that audited manufacturers and helped brands navigate the complex rules that keep products safe and compliant. I later moved into managing wholesale operations for a growing product-based business, where I built relationships with major retailers and oversaw the entire process of getting products onto shelves.

With extensive knowledge of manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and wholesale strategy, I know what it takes to move a product from an idea to a thriving business. My passion lies in bridging the gap between founders and manufacturers, making the process clear, efficient, and stress-free for anyone ready to bring their product vision to life.

I am a Utah Native and currently live in American Fork with my boyfriend and his 12-year-old son. With being the youngest in a big family of sales professionals and entrepreneurs, I was taught a few skills in communication, business, and (as you can imagine) how to hold my own in an impromptu wrestling match.

Meet Lindsey — your go to girlie for all things branding + packaging

With nearly a decade of experience in branding and packaging design, I have helped countless beauty and wellness brands bring their products to life. Starting my career at a supplement manufacturer then after a few year moving to a cosmetic manufacturer, I quickly became the go-to designer for clients looking to create packaging that not only looked beautiful but also strategically stood out in a crowded market.

My background extends beyond design — I have worked closely with chemists, project managers, and manufacturers, giving me a deep understanding of the end-to-end product development process. That inside knowledge, combined with my creative eye, has allowed me to craft brands that are both visually striking and commercially successful.

After leaving the manufacturing world, I built my own design business and launched Revel, a product-based brand I created from the ground up. From concept and production to marketing and sales, I have dipped my toes in every stage of the journey my clients face — which is why I'm so passionate about helping other women bring their ideas to life with confidence and clarity.

I am a mother of two boys who are as wild and rambunctious as they are cute (which let me tell you - they are freaking cute). While I truly enjoy the creative and strategic work of what I do - my biggest passion come from building a life that allows both time and financial flexibility. The mom-work-life balance struggle is real! That’s why helping other women create businesses that support the lifestyle they actually want is what drives me the most.
