Course access is licensed to one individual only.

Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

If your course includes access to a private YouTube classroom, it is your responsibility to provide the correct Google account associated with your YouTube profile.

If the email used for purchase differs from the Google account you use for YouTube, please notify us so we can provide access.

5. Refund Policy
Because our digital courses provide immediate access to educational materials and downloadable resources, all digital course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Consulting services are non-refundable after the scheduled session has been completed.

Consulting appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
